Kelsey brings to Suddes Law more than 22 years of paralegal experience leading litigation teams coordinate clients, experts, mediators, attorneys, and claim professionals to help move cases toward fair and reasonable resolution. Over the past 15 years, she has worked closely with senior partners in managing complex, high-exposure cases involving significant bodily injury and property damage claims. Kelsey, Andrea and Loren spent over 5 years litigating together prior to taking their practice to Suddes Law.

 

Kelsey’s background and current legal work is in commercial, civil and construction litigation. She works regularly to coordinate medical experts, engineers, and other specialty experts in the defense of companies and individuals named in claims and lawsuits. She excels at large scale discovery management and preparing her attorneys for trial, arbitrations and depositions.

 

In addition to her litigation background, Kelsey spent five years working directly with an insurance bad faith expert witness, where she assisted with expert case management, client communications, and litigation deadlines.

 

Outside of litigation, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage son, who is pursuing high-level athletics. She also enjoys traveling, reading, music, movies, and spending time with friends.
