Biography
Andrea brings to Suddes Law her years of experience leading fact investigation, discovery, and motion practice in litigated matters. Previously working in high volume litigation practices, she fine-tuned her strong organization skills, persuasive writing and more recently, her AI prompt writing for research experience to become an invaluable litigation associate. Loren Suddes has mentored Andrea from the time she started in the practice of law through her joining Suddes Law as a skilled, experienced associate attorney thriving in her litigation practice.
Andrea’s background and current practice is focused on commercial, civil and construction litigation. Andrea has represented clients in matters in state court, federal court, and arbitration that involve contract disputes, business torts, construction defects, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims. She represents corporations, small-businesses, property owners, and individuals in a wide range of disputes, guiding them through every stage of the litigation process from early case assessment and discovery through motion practice and trial preparation, including coordinating expert witnesses, managing large‑scale document discovery, and developing liability and damages defenses tailored to the unique circumstances of each case.
Andrea is recognized for her ability to assess risk, develop persuasive legal arguments, and execute litigation strategies that align with her clients’ goals. Andrea prides herself in her unrelenting effort and detail‑driven advocacy that ensures clients feel informed and supported throughout the litigation process.
When she is not litigating, Andrea enjoys attending concerts, playing guitar, and spending time with her friends and family.
